To submit a paper proposal, you must have a Scienceconf account. If you do not already have an account, create one by clicking here.

The submission procedure is exclusively online, by filling in the various fields provided (no documents will be sent by e-mail). Submissions will be open from 7 December 2024 . 

To submit your abstract, click on ‘ Submit a abstract  and then follow these 4 steps:

(1) Step 1: Metadata

  • Title of your paper
  • Abstract of your paper* (please note that this abstract is limited to 500 words)
  • Type of paper (oral, poster or symposium)
  • Maintheme of your paper (you may choose only one of the 4 themes: XXXXXXX, if your paper does not relate to any of these themes, choose the ‘other’ theme)
  • Keywords (between 3 and 5)

*For symposia, indicate the main abstract.

NB. Oral presentations last between 15 and 20 minutes. Poster presentations are presented in A0 format (vertical).Symposia consist of 3 to 4 papers and last 90 minutes.

(2) Step 2: Authors

To add an author, click on ‘ Add an author (+) ’. For each author added, you will need to specify their scientific affiliation: the name of the laboratory, its acronym (e.g. EA 4556), its address, the country and the supervising institution (i.e. the university to which the author belongs).

Don't forget to put the authors in the right order using the cross.

NB. At least one of the authors must register for the conference for the paper to be accepted.

(3) Step 3: Files

ATTENTION: This step only concerns symposia.

Submit a single file containing (1) the main abstract and (2) the titles and abstracts of the various papers (limited to 300 words each).

(4) Step 4: Summary and verification

At the end of the submission procedure, the platform will display a summary of what you have entered. Check that everything is correct and then click on ‘Submit’.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the submission of your paper proposal at the e-mail address you entered in your Scienceconf account.
